Ruth Soller Italy & Southwest Scenes Opening Reception
More than a dozen loyal fans braved the frigid temperatures and icy roads to enjoy a warm reception with Colorado artist Ruth Soller at Garfield Estates and Cottonwood Cellars tasting room at Colorado Winery Row, 4640 Pecos St. Unit H, in Denver, CO. Guest traveled visually through the Tuscany region of Italy and along trails of early Spanish and Native American settlers to Santa Fe and Taos pueblos. Ruth Soller Italy & Southwest Scenes included oil paintings of Villa de Medici, English Tea Rooms, and a neon lit Evening in Rome. A classical portrait of Anne of Florence, a young Florence couple in Tavola per la Colazione, a Renaisance Siena Italy Window, a Tuscan Olive Grove at Dusk, and Tuscan Vineyards completed the Italian tour.
Celebration continued with wine tasting provided by two award winning Colorado wineries of Garfield Estates Vineyards in Palisades and Cottonwood Cellars/ The Olathe Vineyards.
